update phone firmware

Since the phone I want to buy is sold out.Cos the telco are selling them at lelong price..so the phone lost its unique appeal to me liao...haha...

I is no like taking a hp that is too common...so I will just stick with my nokia.. :p
So since I m so sick of the ki siao firmware of nokia cos it kept changing my ringtone from the sweetie rainie yang's song to the nokia default ring tone...damn irritating..haha

I think I still living in stone age lor...I thought upgrade phone firmware must go back to nokia and do it for u...haha...lucky my mouth is not made of gold..I open my mouth n ask...Now so high tech can DL frm net n install...hahaha...I is a flintstone sial...

I always remember ..before I do anything funny to the phone,always BACKUP..Just in case..really itchy fingers huh....all gone...all contacts gone...everything gone...then hv to send mass email to ask for everyone HP number..then is nightmare...I happily update firmware..
but shit..now is pc suite cannot detect my phone...see..how kuku is it...knn

Then I uninstall ,reinstall,uninstall til it went kuku....haha...so I thought can use latest version...but find here n there cannot find the file I saved in PC..oh shit...i kept thinking thru out the nite..til I tested on my colleague PC...haha..actually latest version can restore back...kns

Nose dripping

darn!my nose is dripping like nobody business..I hate it .I hate it.I HATE IT!!!
It makes me can't sleep peacefully,can't breathe properly...argh!!I have 2 big big dark circles under my chio eyes...nabei....terrible headache..knn

Had a super weekend..Me went over to JB hyatt just to sit @ the cafe,sip my drink slowly,eat my food (yeah..I m very greedy.Had been eating non-stop since dunno when).I felt so relax just sitting there do nothing ..listening to songs .I went for 2 straight days..haha..crazy anot?

Ed even suggest we shall be going over every weekend..hahaha...siao tah bor

Eat like a king

Just had a conversation with a colleague.B asked me to tabao fruit juice for lunch...I've absolutley no problem with that.I asked B y lunch dun eat?B reply was "oh..I eating breakfast now mah,so later I eat less during lunch lo..I want to diet".

The BF was fried noodle with fried fillet.I told B our body cant digest the heavy food in the morning.But B replied "Do u know that doc said we must eat like a king in the morn?"hmm...okie..Wouldn't say B is completely wrong.But the meaning of eating like a king would have different meaning to each individual.

Most of the people will think they shld take fried bee hoon/mee plus some side finger food.(Me sometimes also like tat)But I know how to do reverse engineering mah...heehee..
I attended a talk before.The meaning of eating like a king means to supply our body with the nutrients that it needs.Not by filling our stomach with any food.That's y I always encourage my frens to take fruits or fruit juices in the morning..But most of them commented "huh!!like that will not keep my stomach full leh..bery hungry 1 leh" or "I cannot live without meat" *roll eyes*
I shld used my master of persuasion skills to convince them..but most of them can be a hard nut to crack..cos they think i m telling crap...thats okie with me..they will see the effect in 5-10 yrs time..*cross fingers*

*SOB*....My piles are back..sianz...not sure if its healing crisis...It's not as painful as b4..but got blood when i go poo...sianz...cos when i m @ the other office..i would become a camel...cos the washrm there are simply horrible..only certain washrm is decent enuff to use..but mus walk bery far...arghhhhhh...so today me in office when the washrm is easily accessible...i better drink more....hahaha...

Sorry for the lack of updates..too lazy to blog lah..feeling very tired the entire weekend..i nap frm 5-9pm on sat..power nap..n i slept @ 1am n woke up @ 10am on sun...hmm...dunno y leh..sleep so much still feel tired..Even had a terrible headache last nite...til I cant take it..i dragged myself out of bed n took 10 VP ..then I was in lala land!!...

Visited the motor show @ suntec...walked frm 12 to 3:30...can die liao..my back was going into half..felt my legs dun belong to me liaoz....every yr almost same thing...hahaha...except got many pretty gals lor...of cos got CMI ones also lo....hahahaha....

Can fit into nice levis jeans

I finally got myself a pair of levis jeans after 6 yrs (Cos I got a voucher from citibank)...haha...the last time i bought was size 32..i felt so malu after trying on frm size 28 to finally a 32..men size somemore lo...

Since I got voucher..dun waste mah..haha (cos i always thought Levis jeans very xpensive)...then i went to levis girls @ TM mall..the cutting is real small...i was still doubting if i could fit in anot...but the ashley bootcut jeans was beautiful..I asked the SE to pass me a pair..asking for a size 28..she "scan" @ me n said..no nid 28..size 27 can liaoz..hurr...i was like huh...sure anot..hurrr...but it turn out jus nice.fitting..even ed said i wear liao got figure....haha..very impressed... ;)

so now must maintain this figure til early give birth expensive son.

Ultimate way of losing weight!

I happened to tune into CNA channel last nite.It shows what are the happenings in korea..n there's 1 part that they actually feature how the korea gals did when they want to lose weight..wahlao..dun eat if u are reading this post okie?

I m not sure if they paid the centre to loe weight or what...but wahlao...its sooooooo suffering..
They have to inject 1 litre of salt water in their RECTUM everyday...then they will go poot poot..but i think is lao sai rather then the normal poot...walao..can u imagine injecting salt water into ur rectum huh?*faints*

They are also not allowed to consume food..surviving only on plain water..according to the show..a human can survive up to 50 days on plain water nia..no food,no supplement,no nutrients to the body how to have energy??still must exercise..So after 3 days days..they all look like they want to die liaoz...dozing everywhere they could rest on..aiyoh...see them *face green green* aiyo...jia lat...
beside fasting, they also did the 拔罐 ?(u noe the TCM ..they use the bell like shaped thing to suck ur skin?? then ur skin will become blue black)..but do this will become slim meh?

Only on the 8th day...they are allowed to eat gruel...they gone thru hell...in the end

Juicing Therapy

I've started my juicing detox on tues..so far the feeling stil okie..not as bad as i thought it wld be...haha..i stil can tahan pple eating infront of me...

Even my bosses also noe I on detox lor :s ...my director hv an extremely sweet tooth...haha...ask me can eat ice cream?coffee?cake?orange juice?..haha...*sweat*
I think I explained n times to pple y n wat i can *eat* during this period...haha
I even more energetic than my colleagues loe...hurr...gd rite this detox..
I must salute this person who came out with this detox plan...norm i see pple detox is sian sian 1..no energy...face *green green*...but i dun hv such symptoms...haha...but i m very sleepy lor..

Today I tried the Petalsence Hair Wash with Vitali-T (in case u dunno wat is Vitali-T..it's a shower head that filters away chlorine in tap water).Hair is soft lor..no need put conditioner leh..
Fantastic...Just realise how come everytime after I washing hair w/o using conditioner last time ..my hair stil 'siap siap'..got those hay like feeling...BECOS' got CHLORINE in the tap water lah...if pple who go swimming will know liaoz...imagine hair touch tap water already dry like hay..then ur body how?Can't imagine lo...

Today me got nice smelling hair...smooth hair...NO MORE 'siao char bor' hair...no more frizzy hair...wahlao...gd rite...invest a bit(definately lower cost then going for hair treatment)...benefit so much...better than I go Jean Yip invest $X then after 1 wash..ALL GONE....YAH..GONE!!

Chlorine no more

How would u feel if u are able to bathe/shower in a waterfall?shiok rite?...haha..if u could bring waterfall to ur hm n bathe under it everyday, lagi best rite?hur hur..I just changed to a shower head that is able to filter chlorine,make my skin soft n supple,make me lose less hair!!!I did a small experiment...i used the filtered water to gaggle b4 i brush my teeth,I found that my gums dun bleed so much as compared to using tap water...gd leh...
