Still remember the list of food I wanna eat?haha...seems like now dun appeal to me liaoz...keke..only Success Vegeterian..I m keen cos I haven been there b4...

I used to luv Fried Calamari Rings alot..would order if I m eating western cuisine...but yesterday I accompanied "Prince Ed" to makan,some1 from the other table ordered FCR.The moment I smell it..I said."eeee..yucks..y so smelly?" Ed replied..oii..this 1 ur favourite leh..now u said smelly...hahaha...

But it really have those fishy smell..very strong de..eeeeeee.....I think I will avoid sotong,cuttlefish..etc..for now...I can't stand the smell...dun ask me y cos I also dunno..might be juicing ah...hahaha....
The smell still lingers in my nose...EEEEEEE....

I can finally sleep w/o dreaming liaoz...
I've been dreaming of food since the day I started my juicing...wahlao...I even have a list of food/place that I wanted to eat once my juicing ends..*smirk smirk*

Juice Therapy

Day 5 of juicing ...hahaha...suffering frm recovery symptoms...body sudden hot n cold,insomnia,blocked nose,feeling grouchy,pek chek,lethargic.. :s

avoiding certain pple that I dun really want to talk to...Will give very brief answer hoping the pple catch my hint...cos I am really not feeling good n not in nice mood + I've been losing sleep these few nites.to a power sleeper who can sleep anytime is torture...emotional detox..

I didn't experience these the previous time...Guess this time detox other things rather than my weight ba...

Lost 1.5kg so far..compared to the previous time...is much much slower...mayb nuthing much to lose liao...hahaha...

As I am writing here...I m drifting in out of lala land..hahaha..no mood to work whole day..dunno what am I doing....surfing food websites to satisfy my food absence...hahaha..I really miss food...
Later will be going to buy ingredients for my Fu Shi Soup..thinking of it makes me drool...I've plan out what ingredients to add in...must hv variety mah...Think i will shop on sun..since vege n stuff cannot keep for long...Mayb I shld go market with momo ba...she will be very happy cos got pple to carry the stuff back...hahaha...
Thou she complain complain Y I juice again..but I know she will buy the ingredients n cook for me my fu shi soup..I tried cooking once..but not nice..still she cook taste better..I is *Heart* u ,momo...confirm she won't be reading this cos she dun even know how to power on PC...hahaha...

Heloo..I m back..been a month since I've updated in here...
Been busy with work and I took a short break and went to nua in M’sia.
Bery tired.Cos of the journey.Sitting in a MPV full of barang is no joke..
My spine was almost straight when I reach sg.

Lucky I have kiko bed to rely on…haha…so comfy..I could feel my body cracking.
Cos of the stiffness.. Didn’t expect them to shop n buy like there’s no tomorrow.
Tsk tsk….

I did not buy anything for myself..but $$ all spent liaoz…
Cos it all ended up in my tummy lo..
I wanted to start jucing on Apr…Guess I can’t wait liaoz…
I m a fat pig now..

I m starting my juice therapy n nxt MON..to clear all the shit that
I’ve input inside…hurrr hurrr…then I will go for another iris scan after that…wooo hoooo

Depress Tots

CNY is approaching but I dun feel any happiness leh..My SIL's dad passed away today..so sad..
Makes me wonder when my loved ones passed on,what will I do..I do have an imaginative mind and my favourite past time is to day dream.Any time,Any where..if u see me in daze,most prob I m just building castles in air...

I will be going to the wake tomoro..I is sometimes quite a useless bum..cant see pple tearing..cos it will also make me teared..so if I see a person crying...I will quickly siam away,avoid eye contact cos I will start to cry also... :~(

I is clever also..I can differentiate who are really damn sad n who are not.
Some pple u stil can see them joke,run around,gossip during the wake as thou they are having fun.nv see them care for the deceased when he/she was still alive.
Wait til last day ,when those "tong tong chiang" songs were playing...all the tears start to flood..tsk..dun understand y is that a need to cry when in the 1st place they dun even care!
I have seen those who are after the *peh kim* $$...oh my gdness...
Anyway I suppose this kind of occasion is a time to really see thru a person's true colours..I always believe that.I also totally detest those gossip mongers who will give their "valuable advices/suggestions" unneccessarily.
I think I m digressing liao..... :( :( :( :(

Grass Head

I forgot to pack my Vplus n even drink my FP....oh no..I think my brain growing grass instead of cells..haha

I was staring @ my monitor contemplating if I did drink FP..haha..but conclusion is nv drink..haha..no wonder I can still catch a nap while waiting for ed to be ready...haha
normally I would have to rush and get ready.

Work has been busy for me.Start of new year,brain storming on projects (more on kena arrows than brain storm cos what I have to do already pre-plan only mouth said democratic..but it's stil autocratic)...

Wish I can fly away to far far place n rot there without any Hp,email :p Just don't want to think abt work..hahaha...

I'm down with sore throat,block nose n ears plus pleghm stuck in throat...kns...
I lost my beauty sleep for 2 days...I dunno y..I would fall asleep and wake up middle of the nite n cant sleep thou my eyes were closed.

I woke up each day contemplating whether to take MC anot.In the end,I still drag my butt to take shower n appear @ my desk.

I lost 1kg after I shit out all the waste that has been housing in me.so imagine how much rubbish I got in me??heh...

Today will be the official day to start my fruits n vege diet.Will be on for 2 wks.
Target is to lose 4kg.
Today weight=51kg

Hi peeps!!!

I m back!!Recharged with more weight.. :p The trip to m'sia was nice despite some hiccups here n there.The best thing is I ate,ate,ate,ate n ate.But still can remain slim *smirk face* but hor I still gain 2kg thou..but my frens worse lor..They gain more than tat..hahaha..*evil grin*

The most frequent cafe was Secret Recipe.It's cheap because of the currency conversion.The cakes were delicious!!!I *heart* chocolate banana cake.Yum YUM!

Since YQ,ah di joven,DNN,Angel all wanna start juice therapy..Lim Peh want to start partial juice/fruits n veg diet 2mro cos I dun wan to be alone eating..hur hur hur...

I wanna shed off the 2kg I've gained.Plus another 2kg.So total is 4kg.
I wanna shed 4kg in 2 weeks.

update phone firmware

Since the phone I want to buy is sold out.Cos the telco are selling them at lelong price..so the phone lost its unique appeal to me liao...haha...

I is no like taking a hp that is too common...so I will just stick with my nokia.. :p
So since I m so sick of the ki siao firmware of nokia cos it kept changing my ringtone from the sweetie rainie yang's song to the nokia default ring tone...damn irritating..haha

I think I still living in stone age lor...I thought upgrade phone firmware must go back to nokia and do it for u...haha...lucky my mouth is not made of gold..I open my mouth n ask...Now so high tech can DL frm net n install...hahaha...I is a flintstone sial...

I always remember ..before I do anything funny to the phone,always BACKUP..Just in case..really itchy fingers huh....all gone...all contacts gone...everything gone...then hv to send mass email to ask for everyone HP number..then is nightmare...I happily update firmware..
but shit..now is pc suite cannot detect my phone...see..how kuku is it...knn

Then I uninstall ,reinstall,uninstall til it went kuku....haha...so I thought can use latest version...but find here n there cannot find the file I saved in PC..oh shit...i kept thinking thru out the nite..til I tested on my colleague PC...haha..actually latest version can restore back...kns

Nose dripping

darn!my nose is dripping like nobody business..I hate it .I hate it.I HATE IT!!!
It makes me can't sleep peacefully,can't breathe properly...argh!!I have 2 big big dark circles under my chio eyes...nabei....terrible headache..knn

Had a super weekend..Me went over to JB hyatt just to sit @ the cafe,sip my drink slowly,eat my food (yeah..I m very greedy.Had been eating non-stop since dunno when).I felt so relax just sitting there do nothing ..listening to songs .I went for 2 straight days..haha..crazy anot?

Ed even suggest we shall be going over every weekend..hahaha...siao tah bor

Eat like a king

Just had a conversation with a colleague.B asked me to tabao fruit juice for lunch...I've absolutley no problem with that.I asked B y lunch dun eat?B reply was "oh..I eating breakfast now mah,so later I eat less during lunch lo..I want to diet".

The BF was fried noodle with fried fillet.I told B our body cant digest the heavy food in the morning.But B replied "Do u know that doc said we must eat like a king in the morn?"hmm...okie..Wouldn't say B is completely wrong.But the meaning of eating like a king would have different meaning to each individual.

Most of the people will think they shld take fried bee hoon/mee plus some side finger food.(Me sometimes also like tat)But I know how to do reverse engineering mah...heehee..
I attended a talk before.The meaning of eating like a king means to supply our body with the nutrients that it needs.Not by filling our stomach with any food.That's y I always encourage my frens to take fruits or fruit juices in the morning..But most of them commented "huh!!like that will not keep my stomach full leh..bery hungry 1 leh" or "I cannot live without meat" *roll eyes*
I shld used my master of persuasion skills to convince them..but most of them can be a hard nut to crack..cos they think i m telling crap...thats okie with me..they will see the effect in 5-10 yrs time..*cross fingers*

*SOB*....My piles are back..sianz...not sure if its healing crisis...It's not as painful as b4..but got blood when i go poo...sianz...cos when i m @ the other office..i would become a camel...cos the washrm there are simply horrible..only certain washrm is decent enuff to use..but mus walk bery far...arghhhhhh...so today me in office when the washrm is easily accessible...i better drink more....hahaha...
